Mobile Simulator Review — Preview Any Webpage on Mobile Devices and Screen Sizes

Freemium (Free plan + paid upgrades)

Mobile Simulator overlays a device frame onto any webpage and renders it at the selected screen resolution, simulating how the page looks on iPhone, iPad, Android, and other devices — all within Chrome without a separate emulator. For creators building landing pages, checking how their YouTube channel profile appears on mobile, or reviewing their website on different screen sizes, this provides instant visual feedback.

Key Features

Over 50 device presets are available — from iPhone 15 Pro to Galaxy S24, various iPad sizes, and common Android tablets. Switching between devices updates the viewport dimensions and device frame instantly.

Custom resolutions can be entered manually for testing at specific breakpoints not covered by device presets. Checking how a page looks at exactly 375px wide, for example, requires only typing the value.

The device frame (showing the physical device around the browser viewport) can be enabled or disabled — useful for screenshots where you want to show the page inside a device mockup versus seeing the actual content dimensions.

Responsive design testing across multiple breakpoints can be done in sequence within one browser tab, saving the time of manually resizing the browser window to test each size.

Who Is It For

Creators with websites, landing pages, or link-in-bio pages who want to check how their pages look on mobile before publishing. Also useful for thumbnail designers who build pages or templates and need to verify mobile presentation. The instant device switching is practical for any creator who publishes web content.

Creators who don't have any web presence beyond social media platforms (which control their own mobile presentation) will have limited use. Also: Mobile Simulator provides a visual preview but is not a full device emulator — JavaScript-dependent interactions and mobile-specific browser behaviours may differ from real devices.

Pros and Cons

Pricing

The free plan covers a selection of device presets. The Pro plan ($4.99/month) unlocks the full device library and additional customisation options.

Summary

Worth installing for creators with web pages, landing pages, or sites who need quick mobile previews. The device preset library makes checking multiple screen sizes fast. The free plan covers most common devices adequately.
