That's normal — almost no metric grows in a perfectly straight line. Use the milestones as a general trendline check every 2-3 weeks rather than judging any single week in isolation.
Track one primary metric per goal. Tracking five metrics at once dilutes focus. Run this tool again for a second goal if you need to track something else.
Weekly for short-term goals (under 3 months), every 2 weeks for longer goals. Checking daily creates noise and can cause overreaction to normal fluctuations.
