Most creators do well with 4-8 pieces per session. Beyond that, quality and energy tend to drop noticeably unless you build in real breaks.
Your energy and enthusiasm are highest at the start of a session. Save lower-effort pieces for later when fatigue sets in.
Immediately after, before you do anything else with the camera or cards. Losing a full batch session to a corrupted card is one of the most avoidable creator disasters.
