Start with just Tier 0 (free) and Tier 1 (low ticket). Add tiers as your audience and revenue grow. Most creators overthink their stack before they’ve made their first sale.
Create your free lead magnet first — it builds your email list which is your most valuable asset. Then create your low-ticket offer immediately after. Don’t build high-ticket until you’ve validated demand at lower price points.
Email sequences. When someone downloads your free lead magnet, email them over the next 7 days and pitch your low-ticket offer. When they buy low-ticket, email them about your mid-ticket. This is called an ascension sequence.
